Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how KRONOS DIGITAL SALES LLC ("Company", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website (kronosdigitalsales.com) and related inquiry processes. Registered business address: 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly: when you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), the content of your message and your consent record. We do not request or want sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account or government ID data) through this website.

Technical data: our hosting infrastructure automatically records limited technical data in server logs, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page and timestamps. These logs exist for security, capacity and abuse-prevention purposes.

Consent record: when you make a choice in the cookie banner, that choice is stored locally in your browser under the key kronos_consent. It never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us. See the Cookie Policy for the full inventory.

This website does not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels or third-party marketing scripts, and it does not set cookies.

In summary, the categories of personal data processed are: identification data (name), contact data (email address), professional data (company name, if you provide it), the content of your inquiry, your consent record, and technical connection data (IP address and browser metadata in server logs). We collect nothing else, and we never buy, rent or enrich data about you from third-party sources.

2. How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, assess whether our services fit your needs, schedule calls, prepare proposals, maintain business records, secure the website, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. We send marketing communications only where you have requested or consented to them, and you may opt out at any time.

3. Legal and business bases

Where a legal basis is required (for example under the GDPR or UK GDPR), we rely on a specific basis for each processing activity:

  • Answering your contact form inquiry: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the mandatory consent checkbox, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Preparing proposals and entering into a consulting engagement: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Server logging, abuse prevention and website security: our legitimate interest in keeping the website and our infrastructure secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Keeping business, accounting and tax records: compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Storing your cookie banner choice: our legal obligation to be able to demonstrate consent decisions; the record itself stays in your browser.

4. Recipients and sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The website and its contact form run on self-managed hosting infrastructure administered for us by our website provider; form submissions are delivered by that same server directly to our own mailbox. No analytics company, marketing platform, CRM vendor or other third party receives data from this website.

Beyond that hosting arrangement, personal data is disclosed only where genuinely necessary: to professional advisers (such as accountants or attorneys) under confidentiality duties, when required by law or valid legal process, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction such as a merger or asset sale — in which case this policy would continue to apply to the transferred data.

5. International processing

We are a US-based business and information is processed primarily in the United States. Where data of visitors from other jurisdictions (including the European Economic Area or United Kingdom) is processed, we rely on appropriate safeguards where required, such as contractual protections or recognized transfer mechanisms.

6. Retention

We keep personal data no longer than it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. Concretely:

  • Contact form inquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months from our last exchange, so we can handle follow-up questions, then deleted.
  • Records connected to a client engagement: for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for the periods required by applicable accounting, tax and commercial rules (typically up to 7 years).
  • Server logs: rotated on a short cycle, normally deleted or overwritten within approximately 30 days unless a specific log entry is needed to investigate abuse or a security incident.
  • Cookie banner consent record: stored in your own browser for 12 months, after which the banner asks again; you can delete it earlier at any time.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls and server-side validation of form submissions. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will act in accordance with applicable notification laws.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal data:

  • Access: obtain confirmation of whether we process data about you, and a copy of it.
  • Rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
  • Erasure: have your data deleted where there is no overriding legal reason to keep it.
  • Restriction: limit how we use your data while a dispute or verification is pending.
  • Portability: receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@kronosdigitalsales.com with the subject line "Privacy request", describing which right you want to exercise and which email address you used with us. We will verify the request (normally by replying to the address on record), act on it, and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law — within 30 days in most cases. Exercising a privacy right costs nothing and we will not discriminate against you for doing so. You may also opt out of any marketing communication at any time using the instructions included in the message.

9. US state privacy rights

Where an applicable US state privacy law (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, or comparable laws in other states) grants residents additional rights, we honor qualifying requests. Note: we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define such activities, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit.

10. GDPR notice for EEA/UK visitors

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal bases described in section 3 apply to you as set out in Articles 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) of the GDPR / UK GDPR. You additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We only process the data you actively submit plus the limited technical log data described above.

11. Children

This website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age applicable in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party sites and platforms. Their privacy practices are their own; we are not responsible for their policies.

13. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and its effective date will always be published on this page.
