Technology should reduce friction, not create it.

We help businesses select, connect and improve the digital systems that support operations, sales and growth.

Technology & digital systems consulting

What we do

Six ways we put systems in motion

Every engagement is scoped around a business outcome, not a tool.

SVC·01

Technology strategy

A clear map of what you run, what it costs and what to change first.

SVC·02

CRM & sales systems

A pipeline your team keeps updated because it helps them sell.

SVC·03

Workflow automation

Repetitive handoffs done by the system, not by memory.

SVC·04

Systems integration

Your tools exchanging data automatically instead of through copy-paste.

SVC·05

Digital operations

Processes documented, owned and visible from intake to invoice.

SVC·06

Reporting & data visibility

One set of numbers everyone trusts, updated without manual work.

Who this is for

Built for teams whose tools stopped keeping up

Kronos Digital Sales works with service businesses and growing teams that run on a patchwork of tools: a CRM nobody trusts, spreadsheets doing a database's job, data retyped three times before it reaches a report. You do not need more software. You need the systems you have to work as one.

FIT·01

Service businesses

Agencies, firms and operators whose delivery depends on clean handoffs between sales, operations and billing.

FIT·02

Growing teams

Companies adding people faster than process, where every new hire multiplies the cost of messy systems.

FIT·03

Owner-led companies

Founders who still see every number and want technology decisions explained in business terms, not jargon.

We are consultants, not a software vendor. If you already know exactly what to build and only need code, we are probably not the right first call.

How we work

The Sync Cycle

Every digital system runs on a clock signal that keeps its parts in step. Our method does the same for your business: four phases, each with a concrete deliverable you keep.

  1. 01 / CLK

    Map

We audit your current tools, data flows and manual workarounds, and put the real system on one page.

  2. 02 / CLK

    Design

We architect the target state: which tools stay, what connects to what, and in which order to change it.

  3. 03 / CLK

    Implement

We configure, integrate and migrate, in increments your team can absorb without stopping the business.

  4. 04 / CLK

    Tune

We measure usage, remove what is not adopted and adjust until the system runs without us.

What you receive

Deliverables, not decks

We do not publish invented client logos or made-up numbers. What we can show you is exactly what an engagement produces.

SPEC-SHEETKDS · SYSTEMS BLUEPRINT · REV 2026.08
DOC·01

Systems Map

A one-page diagram of every tool, data flow and manual workaround in your operation, including what each costs per year.

DOC·02

Architecture Blueprint

The target design: selected platforms, integration points, data ownership and the migration sequence, written for decision-makers.

DOC·03

Implementation Log

Every configuration, integration and migration step documented as it happens, so nothing lives only in a consultant's head.

DOC·04

Adoption Report

After go-live: what your team actually uses, what was removed, and the tuning changes made in response.

References from past engagements are available on request, with each client's permission.

Type scenarios

What an engagement looks like in practice

Three composite scenarios, drawn from patterns we see repeatedly in consulting work. They illustrate the mechanism of an engagement — they are not client case studies, and no client figures are shown.

CASE·01Illustrative example

Operations lead, growing services firm

Friction
Jobs travel from sales to delivery by email and memory. Every handoff is retyped, and work sometimes starts late because nobody saw it land.
Intervention
Map the intake-to-invoice flow, define one system of record per step and automate the handoffs that are pure transport, not judgment.
Type of result
Handoffs happen inside the system instead of inboxes, so the failure mode shifts from “nobody saw it” to “the log shows it”.
CASE·02Illustrative example

Sales manager, owner-led company

Friction
The CRM is out of date, so forecasting happens in a side spreadsheet and follow-ups depend on each rep’s memory.
Intervention
Rebuild pipeline stages around how the team really sells, remove the fields nobody fills and automate follow-up reminders from CRM activity.
Type of result
One pipeline that reps and management both work from, with follow-ups triggered by the system rather than by memory.
CASE·03Illustrative example

Founder, multi-tool operation

Friction
Month-end starts with exports from four tools into a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts, and questions surface weeks late.
Intervention
Define one source of truth per metric, connect the tools and feed a dashboard from the integrations instead of manual exports.
Type of result
Reporting stops being a monthly assembly job: the same numbers, from named sources, available when the question is asked.

Client reviews

In clients’ words

We publish client reviews only with each client’s written permission, signed with name and role. Nothing on this page is invented — which is why this section starts empty.

Reviews published with permission

The first reviews from completed engagements are being collected now. When a client approves theirs, it appears here — signed with name and role.

Questions we hear on the first call

What does a technology consultant actually do?

We diagnose how your current tools support (or block) your operation, design a better setup, then implement and tune it. Think architect and general contractor for your business systems, independent from any software vendor.

Do you sell software?

No. We are vendor-neutral consultants. We recommend platforms based on your requirements and budget, and we earn nothing from the tools you choose. That independence is the point.

Do we have to replace the tools we already use?

Usually not. Most friction comes from tools that are not connected or configured well, not from the tools themselves. Replacement is the last resort, and it is your decision after seeing the numbers.

How long does an engagement take?

A systems map for a small team is typically a matter of weeks. Full design and implementation depends on scope and is agreed in writing before work starts. We work in increments, so you see results before the end.

How do you charge?

By scoped engagement, quoted in writing after the initial review call. No percentage of software spend, no open-ended retainers unless you ask for ongoing support.

Can you work with our existing IT provider or internal team?

Yes, and we prefer it. Your IT provider keeps infrastructure and security. We focus on how business systems fit together, and we document everything so your team owns the result.

Where are you located, and do you work remotely?

We are based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and work with clients remotely in English and Spanish.
