The Sync Cycle

In electronics, a clock signal keeps every component acting in step. Kronos takes its name from that idea: technology creates value when its parts move in sync with the business. The Sync Cycle is our four-phase method for getting there. Each phase ends with a deliverable you keep, whether or not we continue together.

  1. 01 / CLK

    Map

Understand the real system, not the org chart version.

We interview the people doing the work, inventory every tool and subscription, and trace how data actually moves, including the workarounds nobody mentions in meetings. Most clients see their operation on one page for the first time.

    Design

Architect the target state and the order of changes.

We design what stays, what connects and what goes, with a migration sequence that respects your busy seasons and cash flow. Every recommendation includes the reasoning, so you can challenge it.

  3. 03 / CLK

    Implement

Configure, integrate, migrate, in absorbable increments.

We do the work: platform configuration, integrations, data migration and team training. Changes ship in small increments so the business never stops, and every step is documented as it happens.

    Tune

Measure adoption and adjust until it runs without us.

After go-live we watch what your team actually uses. What is not adopted gets fixed or removed; what works gets reinforced. The goal is a system that holds its sync when we leave.

Working principles

Vendor-neutral, always

We take no commissions from software vendors. Recommendations are argued from your requirements and your numbers.

Use what you own first

Most companies already pay for more capability than they use. New tools are the last resort, not the first proposal.

Documentation is the product

If it only works while the consultant is in the room, it does not work. Everything we build is documented for your team.

Increments over big bangs

Systems change fails when it arrives all at once. We ship in steps the team can absorb while the business keeps running.

Tell us where the friction is

One call. We listen, ask specific questions and tell you honestly whether this is a consulting problem or not.
