Cookie Policy

Effective date: August 22, 2026 · Based on a storage audit of the production build

This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and browser storage technologies used by the KRONOS DIGITAL SALES LLC website at kronosdigitalsales.com. It reflects an actual technical audit of the deployed site, not a generic template. In short: this website sets no cookies at all, loads nothing from third parties, and stores exactly one small entry in your browser's localStorage — the record of the choice you make in our consent banner.

1. What cookies and browser storage are

Cookies are small text files that a website places in your browser and that are sent back to the server with each request. They can be first-party (set by the site you are visiting) or third-party (set by another domain, typically for advertising or analytics), and they can be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (kept until an expiry date).

localStorage is a related browser technology: a small key-value store that stays on your device and, unlike cookies, is never transmitted automatically to any server. Data written to localStorage by this website remains in your browser and is read only by the page itself.

2. What this website stores: the full inventory

The complete, audited inventory of everything this website places in your browser is the single localStorage entry below. There are no other cookies, no sessionStorage keys and no IndexedDB databases.

3. What this website does not use

  • No analytics or measurement cookies (no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no similar tools are installed).
  • No advertising, remarketing or attribution cookies or pixels.
  • No social media cookies, embeds or share widgets.
  • No third-party scripts, fonts, CDNs or iframes: every asset (styles, scripts, fonts, images) is served from our own domain.
  • No cross-site tracking of any kind, and nothing that would qualify as a 'sale' or 'sharing' of personal information under US state privacy laws.

4. The consent banner

On your first visit (and again after 12 months, or if you clear your browser data), a discreet banner appears at the bottom of the page. It does not block the content. It offers three options: Accept, Reject, and Preferences.

The Preferences panel shows two categories. 'Necessary' covers only the consent record itself (the kronos_consent entry described above) and is always active, because without it we could not remember your decision. 'Analytics' is off by default and is currently unused: we do not run any analytics on this website today. The switch exists for transparency, so that if analytics were ever added, your recorded refusal would already be respected.

Whatever you choose, the only thing stored is the kronos_consent entry. Rejecting does not reduce the functionality of the website in any way.

5. How to change or withdraw your choice

You can reopen the preferences panel at any time through the 'Cookie preferences' link in the footer of every page, and change or withdraw your choice with immediate effect.

You can also delete the stored entry directly: every major browser lets you clear site data for a specific website (usually under Settings → Privacy → Site data, or by clicking the padlock icon in the address bar). Deleting the entry simply causes the banner to appear again on your next visit.

6. Server logs

Independent of cookies, our web server records standard technical logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp, browser identifier) for security, capacity and abuse prevention. These logs are not linked to the consent entry and are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. If this ever changes

If analytics, advertising or any other non-essential technology is added to this website in the future, this policy will be updated with a complete table (name, provider, purpose, duration, category) before deployment, and the consent banner will be updated so that no non-essential technology runs before you agree to it. The effective date at the top of this page always tells you when the policy was last revised.
